Deacon Owen Cummings is the Regent’s Chair of Theology at Mt. Angel Seminary, in St. Benedict, Oregon. He is the author of four books, including Mystical Women, Mystical Body (Pastoral Press), and serves as deacon and director of religious education for the Cathedral of the Madeleine in Salt Lake City. A native of Glasgow, Scotland, he holds two bachelor’s degrees, a master’s in theology and a doctor of divinity degree, which he earned during the course of his studies in theology in Dublin, Ireland.
