that the beatitudes be boldly proclaimed,

that they be strengthened in the Spirit of God,

C For those who hunger and thirst, for outcasts and those who grieve,
that they find comfort in God’s living presence,
we pray to the Lord:
For those who recognize God’s blessings in their lives,
that they share them generously with others,
we pray to the Lord:
D For all who are discouraged,
that they find new hope through this community of faith,
we pray to the Lord:
